Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and Liability Insurance are REQUIRED. Email With Application.
Food vendors are also required to have a Health Permit from the City of Longview. The City Health Inspector will be onsite to check paperwork at a time to be determined prior to the start of the Rodeo.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Limited number of vendor spaces available; all are within the fenced/gated Midway

This is an OUTDOOR arena, Vendor Area; Rodeo goes on Rain or Shine.

Vendor gets 4 total Credentials per space. Additional needed persons for $5 each.

AGREEMENT

I understand that I am responsible for:
(1) Any damage caused by setup, tear down, and removal of my property and its contents;
(2) No tent stakes allowed—tents must be secured by barrels or other means, not including
Securing to the area structure at any time.
(3) I will acquire any/all necessary permits or permissions from the City or County offices that Are applicable to the type of product that I have to offer.
